Uganda Poultry keeping Project (UPKP) ia a project which  started in June with 4 hens. The project is now currently having 8 hens. We hope to  it will be a bug farm at Hamurwa town council in kabala Didtrict just 9 miles from kabala town along kisoro Road.  We hope to make it a big farm and  start  providing quality eggs, hybrids and employment opportunities to the people   a round the community respectively without  discrimination on the basis  of Age.

We will  try to provide  eggs with quality  , with much emphasis  on winning the market and ensuring  constant  supply.
We intend  to supply shops in Hamurwa  town council, we intend to supply bug hotels of Kabale and other districts. We hope  to expand in the future  and set up  a neibouring districts ok kisoro, kanungu and ntungamo and later keep expanding the project.

The project will remain having one director who will be the  proprietor  and one very  skilled  employee intended  to move the BLZ  to a nother level

Our  location solve  the market  problems. The location is accessible  very near the road and therefore  reduction  in risks  of eggs breakages . The road is also  tarmac  and this  also solve on transport  a ssociationsated  problems. We hope  to use various marketing strateges like advertising ,sale promotions in order  to rapidily  penetrate  the market  as much as we believe  the diversitied range  of standard .

Oblectives.
To provide  good  quality eggs  by ensuring that  the layers feed on the greens and foods  with calcium thus  eliminating  poor  quality eggs  in the  Market.
To Emerge the best  poultry farmers in the region.
To exceed  500,000,000 UGX in sales  by the  fifth year  of implementation.
To maximize  profits and there fore  growth  and development  at all times
To reduce  on the un employment  rate in the community by employing at least 50 people by the end of 3 years both direct and Indirect.
Marketing Plan
The project is an a pealing to tour  major markets segments which include the Following:
Hotels
Shops
Individuals.
By providing High quality  eggs and  given  the fact that there are many hotels in kabala, we shall  visit the hotels given  them  samples  of the eggs after which  they will  be come  constant  customers  since  we  shall  be  offering quality at a fordable 
Prices.
 Shops  we shall be selling shops which  they will  be our ambassadors to market us to other many people.
People  around the community  who will  be in nee of eggs will be visiting the  project and buy.
 It is described as that if we have like  100 hens,  about  80 lay eggs every day. I  week = 80eggs* 7days
80+7= 560 eggs per week
1 egg cost 200 ugx
560+200=112000ugx =44.8 US dollars per week.    Surpose you deduct 80,000ugx(32Dollars) for food and medicine+ labor  112,000- 80,000=32,000ugx (12.8Dollars) as profits per week

 If  we multiply  we multiply these profits by  1 month  it will be   32000X30=  960,000 UGx per month =384 us Dollars,
Few  people earn such salary per month in Uganda.

 It is  expected  that the money which will be used in expanding the business 1800,000ugx  , after the project get successful will be collected  with in  two month.

Creates  move demand, People  will be compelled to have  fun eat meals a way from home . as we focus move  on  providing eggs to the  hotels ,shops and markets that door to door  of  private individuals
